Uhm is that even a real AE?? I dont see a body kit and the rims dont look like titanium...

Duuuuude ... the Rims are DARK if ya look at em in REAL life!!! They get Dirty and ya can't even Notice it!

As for the Body Kit ... Us Canadians DON'T F U C K I N G get it!!!!!

I guess we have em for soooo MUCH cheaper than the states they gonna Skimp on SOMETHING!!!!

And I contacted NISSAN CANADA ... their Answer ... "BECAUSE of the WINTER" ?!??!?!??!?!??! WTF B.S. is THAT???

the best part is still the (cdn)price, bottom line. I prefer the stillen kit anyways.

 

The body kit would be the main reason I'd get an AE. It's too bad Canada doesn't get them.

 

i was just in la this weekend on vacation and stopped by the local orange county nissan dealer to see the diff. between the cdn and us version in person. I like the front lip but thats about it. That weak limp **** exhaust look hasta go. At least in canada we get the proper tip on the exhaust and did i mention the list on the us verion was 33 usd. While I paid 35 cdn. I think I came out way ahead.

I did not even know that you get a body kit with an A/E.
Regardless we should get one. LOSERZ! ...'because of weather' THATS BULL!

 

keep in mind if you had the body kit the front nose mask wont fit it. Something I need on the highway trips up the #1. Too many stray pebbles out there, and at 120km they do paint damage real quick.

 

Does the Canadian Maxima AE make 227 hp? I doubt it since they seem to have the same exhaust as every other maxima.

Yes, we get the 227 hp, and all the other toys that are part of the AE package. Just no body kit. Bummer. On the bright side, the price of the car here is a lot more attractive compared to the States, and keeps geting better as our dollar continues its sad, slow slide.

I've had my AE for less than a month and I'm having an absolute riot driving it. I just hope the snow stays the hell away for as long as possible.

You'd be wrong ... It is exactly the same as the US version
minus the body kit. Because it has no body kit, the
muffler tips are the same as the regular SE (they don't
need to be turned down).

Not having the body kit is OK with me. I wouldn't want
my car to be mistaken for a cheesy grand prix or some such.
