I have the same setup on my car. Hybrid Pr tube Cai w/jwt, Y-pipe, Full cat-back w/muffler & RT Cat. I'm Cali emission. No SEL here.. When did you start getting it? Have you ran a scanner on it yet to pull the code?

After a mod like this, should always reset the ECU. Keep the negative cable off overnight.

Really..gosh..i have been having the problem for 2 months now. Tried all of the trick above..the SEL will return in less than 2 weeks. Error code is P0420, catalyst inefficiency bank 1.

It happened after I put on my CAI, I had Y-Pipe and RT Cat for about 4-5 months prior to CAI install, so it's big possibility that it's the CAI, but WHY??????
