Anyone have any suggetions as to which tires are any good and ones to steer clear from. I live in Hawaii now and that means no extreme temps or cold. Always in the 70-80+ range. Thanks in advance for your help guys. Oh the size is 18x8 rim looking for a 235/40/18 tire.

 

You can go for the 245/40/18 for a little more rubber on the cement. That's what I did. I also have 18 x 8's.

 

Which tire brand did you go with? That's true I could go with the 245's but doesn't that mean more weight?

 

Weight is negligible since you get an increase in traction too. My tires came with the rims I bought, so it's not really a name brand tire, but I like it.

 

I am asking cuz there are some Kumhos for dirt cheap and was wondering if that is a ok tire.

 

Kumho's= POS. Spend the extra money on quality rubber.
