Ordered My CAI

Well I just ordered my PRCAI in blue yesterday. I will just get the monster filter and if I don't like it I will just get a K&N.

Custommaxima.com

They got the cheapest price if you want the Monster filter, otherwise goto Cattman.com for the all black PRCAI with I believe a K&N, but I think PR actually dropped K&N all together and went with Monster Flow filters on all their Intakes.

I love my CAI I installed 2days ago.

Man I felt it throught the range all over the place.

It roars all the way to about 6300 on my automagic, before only used to come up around 5900.

I decided to go directly to place racing and only paid $243.00.
But I know the template will be right. I also got the blue one.

pretty easy to install?

I'm assuming you guys are talking about the Place Racing Cold Air Intake. They actually sent me a catalog the other day. Is this thing easy to install or would I need to take it to some mechanic or what? It seems to have instructions on their website?
2000 Maxima SE

thanks guys.

Fairly easy to install if you got a 3.25-3.5" hole saw bit. Then once you get the hole drilled, it is a piece of cake from there. Just takes about 2hrs if you got all the right parts.

Was that price because of the tax? I bought 1 from them like 4 yrs ago and I paid 200 bucks cash... Don't think I paid tax...

Well it came yesterday and it didn't come with the new monster filter. At least I don't have to worry about not fitting right, like the monster filter.
