pricing for clear 2k2 tail lights

Here in Hawaii, I can get the rear clear light at about $400 for a pair... Shouldn't these things be like $200 something for the pair?

yup, 204 + like 20 or 25 for shipping. Did you order your AE headlights from the mainland?

Um no. The headlights, the body shop is ordering. I just pay the $40 difference.

The rear 2k2 clears, I was thinking about ordering it when I was down at the dear. But he said it was like $200+ for each side! I was like what?

Do you know where a good place to order them? Or where I can get them here at the $200 price for the pair?

You gotta get them from the mainland. They are from texas. Call Dave Burnette at Town North Nissan. (800) 251-7278. They are 4 hours ahead of Hawaii. Dave said he knows you.

Haha. That's right. I was one of those suckers who didn't act quickly enough to get the HID kit at $400 something when he had them. I had just gotten my HID and couldn't contemplate fast enough and lost out on his good deal. That's and understatment as the kit now cost something like a $1k to buy. Sheesh. I should've jumped on it. Do you remember if Dave has an E-mail? I'll try and email him first as my job doesn't like me calling long distance on their phones. hehe.

Yes he does have an email, but I don't know what it is off hand. The call is toll free though, so I don't know if your job would mind as much. Anyhow, if you can't call him, let me know..PM me with your email and I'll contact him for you, and tell him to email you. I know that his user name is DAVEB on here, but I'm not sure how often he gets online.

Thanks for the plug K, good talking to you today. My e-mail at work is tnndave@hotmail.com. I try to watch the bbs often to keep up with things. I usually have a kid or two on my lap, so it's hard to post much!
Regards,
David Burnette

I got mine (busted one with my daughter's bike) from a local dealer for $105. Another local dealer offered to meet that price. But a third dealer wanted to charge me $161. Not sure if you'd have that kind of luck locally in HI.
