I had the Stillen Stainless Steel muffler on my 1999 Maxima, and I thought it was :
a) Probably the highest quality aftermarket part I ever bought.
b) WAY too loud at certain RPMS. Unfortunately, those RPMS were around 2200-2400 which just happens to be cruising RPM for the automatic. I sold mine to 1MAX2NV.
Great quality piece though. I have lots of pics of mine (on my 4th gen) on http://www.greghome.com
