strut bar question
strut bar question
i installed the strut bar, the one on the GD. after installing it i can feel that the hood takes a little more force to shut it all the way. also i noticed there is a small area that looks raised between the spray nozzles. the nozzles work fine. i am just worried if i leave it like that, if it will mess up the hood. like make a permanent bump on it ...
is it normal that the hood requires more force to shut after installing the strut bar??

Re: strut bar question
Hey, have you tried tightening the bar first? You have two bolts on each end, turn it a couple of times so that the bar becomes shorter but not too short.
We have the same exact bar and i don't have a problem closing the hood at all.
