pull during braking

I've seen this happen when the alignment is out and also when a caliper is frozen. Its a matter of degree. Is it pulling a lot or just a little? A lot would make me consider the caliper. Your dealer will be able to tell you one way or the other. A frozen caliper should be under warranty. An alignment might be your bill.

ABS shouldn't be the cause of this problem. Do you notice this happening under hard braking and the ABS is kicking in? You can't miss the ABS kicking in, you can often hear it and you definitely feel it through the break pedal.

No problem here.

If the steering wheel is wiggling back and forth, I'd guess rotors. ABS shouldn't do that, and the ABS only kicks in when it senses a wheel might be losing traction -- not everytime you brake.

Do you have a lot of truck traffic where you live? I've seen areas where the tractor trailors have worn grooves into the road that could cause the car to pull especially at the heavy braking areas near traffic lights, If you catch those grooves that could be a cause.
Just my 2 cents.

My mom was having a similar problem in her Accord. I think that it was because her alignment was off. Although I'm not 100% on this as it has been at least a couple of years since she had any problems.

You can have this problem if one of your tires has a lower pressure than the others. The problem is magnified by the weight of the car shifting under heavy braking. Maybe one of your tires has a slow leak from a nail or something, or has the car always done this?

Just to be clear, what I meant was past experience has shown alignment and frozen calipers can cause this problem. I have a 02SE that does not exhibit this problem and has not since I got it (Dec 01).
