pull during braking
I've seen this happen when the alignment is out and also when a caliper is frozen. Its a matter of degree. Is it pulling a lot or just a little? A lot would make me consider the caliper. Your dealer will be able to tell you one way or the other. A frozen caliper should be under warranty. An alignment might be your bill.
ABS shouldn't be the cause of this problem. Do you notice this happening under hard braking and the ABS is kicking in? You can't miss the ABS kicking in, you can often hear it and you definitely feel it through the break pedal.

Just my 2 cents.

My mom was having a similar problem in her Accord. I think that it was because her alignment was off. Although I'm not 100% on this as it has been at least a couple of years since she had any problems.

You can have this problem if one of your tires has a lower pressure than the others. The problem is magnified by the weight of the car shifting under heavy braking. Maybe one of your tires has a slow leak from a nail or something, or has the car always done this?
