window / door lock panel

My window/door lock panel caves in every time I press the window button down (to roll down window) for drivers side. If you don't know what Im talking about, I'm talking about the panel with the pw door lock and window control (open/shut) on the drivers side door. The only problem is I don't know how to get into the inside of the door (taking apart the inner door). I also don't know what to do after I get in

Is it still under warranty? If so let the dealer fix it; they may have to replace some parts.
