How long to remove both bumpers.

Hi guys, I want to re-paint both bumpers on my 2K1 max, so I wanna know how long it can take to remove it and if there is any right up, ie: screw to remove or anything special.

i dunno about the front bumper...BUT

the rear bumper is a BIOTCH...
plan on spending about 2-3 hrs just for the rear bumper...
