Part of the club

For the last couple months I have been reading the posts other people have put up about the various problems they have had with their 2k2s and I kept thinking how lunky I was. Well, I am lucky no more...My service engine soon light came on today with 5500 miles on the car. Dealer told me not to worry and I cant take it in till next Wednesday!!! I geuss this will most likely fall into that "great customer service" catagory!!

Don't think you're licked yet. AFAIK, some dealers are good, others are mediocre at best while most are just plain rude. Let's hope you fall into the hands of good CS reps/dealers.

Trust me I know, I will never return to the dealer where I bought my car. That service manager was an arrogant a**hole. The place I am taking it to has been good to me the couple of time I have been in so I am hoping for the best.
