Summers coming fast & I wanna drop my car...need FACTS ONLY- if springs or coilovers

NEED ONLY FACTS [which means YOUR own experience (not your friends) ...also only FACTS on a MAXIMA setup, not old civic, or caviler!!!)----

So what has more pros then cons--- springs or coilovers?

P.S.-- Please name brand your recommend or dont & why-- also need to know which one squeaks or rattles like I've been seeing in some searches-- I basically wanna get rid of the wheel gap!
