i brought the tsb but didnt need it. this was the first time so they cut the rotors and replaced the pads. if it happens again i will get new rotors. the lift shouldnt touch the rsb. its either a drive onto ramp and tires make contact or its one where the picks up the sides at 4 or 6 different places. if they give you any crap then break out the tsb, otherwise just hold on to it.

Where can I find the TSB for the rotors? I need to replace my rear brakes pads on my 2000 maxima with only 18k on them.

I must be dense or something b/c I don't know what you mean by TSB sticky. Is a stick a link? I don't see anything on the homepage that says anything about TSB

I found it. Thanks you guys. I took my car into the dealer with the TSB but the technician said that my rear brakes needs to shake or vibrate for the TSB to be valid for my rear brakes. He said that rear brakes going out after 18k is normal. He said he rear brakes go out around 15k miles...I was shocked to hear that, but what can I say?
