02 auto shift knob

02 auto shift ****
I'd like to change the shift **** on my auto 02 max. Im not exactly sure how to remove it and i dont wanna mess up my car. I tried pulling and it didnt give. I'd appreciate it if anyone knows how to remove it.

Don't they unscrew? Another questions... if they just screw on/off... then can you buy a "manual" shift **** to just screw on it? I really like the Evolution shift ***** with the leather/carbon fiber.
