help with coilovers??

help with coilovers??

i want to get coilovers on my car instead of cutting my eibachs.....what kind should i get?....if i get ground controls and kyb's....how will the ride be?

can anyone help me.....are coilovers good?

Hey Al,

you should ask Y2KevSE he has the ground controls. I think he said that he liked them just a little noise but nothing unbareable.
If not you could always get the JIC Coilover suspension. Give me a call if you want those I could get a good deal.

A good real set of coilovers run on ave. for 1400-2000. Cattmans are 1800.

Imitation coilovers, ground control are 400 plus shocks. They also don't come with new mounts, camber adjusters etc.

thats what i thought i knew they were really expensive! r the real coil overs that much better than the imitation ones?

To me, hell yeah. To others; they may debate it. Bottom line is real coilovers come with everything you need, and should be set up proper with out having to figure spring rates, shocks, new mounts, camber adjusters, and anything else you'd like.

yes good point! too much money for my taste though!! haha ill stick to my eibachs and tokicos! thanks for all the info man!
