20 inch rims, WILL THEY FIT!!!!!

i have eibach springs on my 2000 maxima se. i just got rid of my 18" chrome kmc tramps and i want 20's. i think i'll be okay as far as height, if i get a 35 series tire, but most 20" rims are 8.5 inches wide. does anybody know if i'll hit the strut or rub? does anybody have 20's on their maxima?

Yeah They will fit.. I have them on my car.. with no problem..IT's the choice you have to decide are you going for looks or for race? for looks the 20's are the way to go.. I can say that because of mine And They rub in the rear sometimes when I hit a hard bump.. but don't listen to what everyone else says.. the only way to find out for sure.. is to try it yourself..

20 wheels dropped

I have them on my 2000 gxe and they are fine. Dont drop the back only the front: You will have to roll the fender well in the back which I have the best guy in the US for body work here in Tampa. The shop is called German Auto House. This shop is known for hooking up TMAC, Shaq, ARoD rides....Im selling my 20's here is my ebay link...They are less than a month old http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eb...26&r=0&t=0...I will let them go to a max org member a little be cheaper than my reserve but they buyer will have to still bay shipping and paypal service charge.

They fit but the look?

There is a nice set of 20s for sale on eBay but I think they look too big for the wheel wells on the Maxima...just my opinion

Those are nice looking rims. Just curious, what did they cost new? and were did you get them? (link to site if possible) thx in advance.

Maxima girl, is your max lowered? and how do they ride with say 4 people in your ride?

Most org members tend to buy 18X8 or 8.5 as a nice all around rim. It gives you the width you cannot get with the 17X7's and they generally don't slow you down as much as the 20's. Good luck with whatever you decide.

20 inch rims

I bought them from a Tampa Dealer for $2100.00...You can go to the website at www.binnowheels.com also when you accelerate from stop you wont burn out with 20's you will just go. Thats have the battle when running against someone else.

20's will definately fit. I have 20x8.5's lowered w/ H&R's. I rub on the back if i hit a large bump or if i have passengers in the back seat but i also have a lot of audio stuff in my trunk. 20's will definately fit and i think you can also put 21's on if your car's not lowered.

Kloogys right, they will affect braking and acceleration. i dont think anyone makes a lightweight 20. Biggest lightweight wheel is 19.

They fit, wheather or not they rub is determined by offset and tire width. Pesonally since you going tall go wide to, say 20x9 with a 255/35 and shave the inner fender= nice!
