Finally.....found a clear bra installer..

Hey all, finally i found a 3m clear bra installer, have an appointment in 2 weeks for the entire deal. Including bumper, hood, mirrors, headlights. 479.00 for everything. From what i remember this i pretty competitive with what some of you fellow max owners have paid, isnt it? Also, is getting the bra applied to the headlights a good thing to do also? I dont remember reading much about the headlights on here...im happy to have finally found an installer even if its 3 hours away.

I'm not real sure about the headlight..... I do remember seeing some BMW guys having that done because if a rock or something cracks one of their headlight lenses.........$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I assume that since our are HID, that it wouldn't be cheap either. I desperately need a clear bra on my front end as well. I'm gonna get the rock chips filled next week and maybe than I'll have it put on.

I just purchased a complete kit and installed it myself this past Saturday. Got it from Xpel for $412 shipped. Toughest part of the install was, well all of it The directions weren't very clear and I'm too meticulous with making sure it looked good. Took me 6 hours to install and I'd say if you can get the complete kit installed for $479, go for it!

Check this out; theres a CL not too far away from me, and he used to have a bra in front. Now, he took it off, and it looks like the color has faded, so the part that was covered by the bra is a different color. It wasn't a clear bra, but still. That happen to ne one b4?

I got the headlight covering (and driving lights) for mine. New headlights are over $200, so I figured it was worth it. My installer told me that there is a 5 year guarantee. If the headlight breaks (not from a wreck), they will pay for replacement. That's what my installer said (it is in writing), your's might be different.
