Comming home after 10 days on the road...

7 hours on the road, the first 3 in bumper to bumper traffic...

Tooling down the highway comming into a cloverleaf. (As luck would have it, the same cloverleaf as the story above, I **** you not!) I get stuck in back of this TL, grandpa thinks he can drive. Grandpa speeds up in the corner, grandpa slows in the corner, speeds, slows. I back off, waiting of it to open up onto the service road. Put the baby into 2nd and let her go. You see, grandpa was goining too slow for my 3rd gear. Through 2nd, into 3rd (is it me or is 3rd just the most beautiful gear we have?) Walk, walk, walk..... Oh yeah, gotta make my exit! 90 degree, no bigger than a 2 lane street.

I then remmeber the golden rule of ABS. STOMP, STAY, STEER. Stomp the brake. Stay on it. Steer where you want to go. Just made it.

Burning 10% of your pads in one shot...

I must say that my mags are still not scratched, and the original alignment is still dead on!
