Anybody know of any lightweight crome rims that are worth buying?

 

Chrome and lightweight rarely go in the same sentence.

 

The wheels that I just put on my 2k2 are pretty light weight for chrome, especially for 18's and they are clean looking, nothing too ghetto, check out my page listed below for some pics..

 

Really? I have always like Motegi MR7, although I don't like chrome. I think I read that the silver Motegi MR7's in 18" weigh around 27 lbs, which steered me away from them. Chrome MR7's must way at least 28-30 lbs. But if the 18" MR7's are truly lightweight (around 20 lbs.), I am putting them back on my rims wish list.

 

There are a number of companies that do lightweight chrome rims. Racing Hart being one. But most of these lightweight chromes you will find are slightly more expensive than other brands.

Last I checked they weighted about 27 pounds, I guess they are not all that lightweight, I didnt know that 20 pounds or lighter was classified as light, but either way, they didnt seem to slow me down too much..
