GO there for pics. I would like to get a group deal started on it if there is interest, but the wing is not listed on the APC Web Site. I need a phone number for APC and maybe we can get a group deal going. Personally, I love the wing-does not look ricey and is not too high.

 

Are those APC altezzas too? They don't really look like the 02 ones modified to be all red.

Are the LED brake lights on the spoiler?

 

They just painted the refelctors red They did a MUCH better job then me though

 

You cant really see the spoiler too good. It dosnt look like it has a brake light on it which would suck! APC was scheduled to have it on sale around now too!. From the pics I could see clearly of it, it looked pretty good. Not too crazy, still pretty conservative, just different than the stock one which is good.

 

Nice looking wing. Are they going to mass produce it? Looks like the brake light may be stock...couldn't really tell. Would be a lot easier if it just transferred over. I was also looking at that exhaust...where did they get that from???

well guys i called 2-3 weeks ago and they say that there is no plans of this spoiler being developed...it kinda was weird but the guy didn't know why it was addvertised in the magazine...hmmm who know what APC is thinking or should i dare say, sniffing....

Wait a minute. APC said that they are not making it? What is there phone number? I will be 5 of them and then sell um here if I have to, but I want that spoiler. There IS a brake LED on it. Who else is seriously interested?

Too bad their not going to make it. Looks sweet. Adding body parts is always a pain though cause you have to paint em. I guess I'll stick with the ol stock spoiler until something really cool comes along.

I called in march when I got my import tuner magazine & it showed a pic of the spoiler...I called them up & got a bunch of dumb fu%ks that didnt know what I was talking about...so after 30min of not going anywhere I spoke to a manager there that was pretty cool & said this spoiler should be released by June. Claiming they just wanted to see how much response they would get & if its enough they will make it...On Monday I'll post his name, if you wanna call & ask for him (have the# @ work).

i am interested but i need a better pic to be sure tho. my friend who aren't really into maximas took those pics for me. Anywayz, i think the best thing about the wing is that it looks like to fit the stock holes so there will be no holes to drill and no holes to fill(if u have a stock wing already).

 

Well they are closed now but I am calling first thing Monday morning. I hope to get all the info. Trust me, we will get that spoiler. (it is not on their site)

I like that spoiler too. Do you think it would use the same holes as the stock one. and yes it has the 3rd brake light in the spoiler.

The last I heard is that it never went through. They decided not to produce it.

They probably figured theyd make more off ricey civic parts.

Yeah, that wing looks pretty good. APC wouldn't have too much competition either I don't know about that Stillen front end though.

Everyone start calling, tell them we are from Maxima.org and can get 15-20 people to buy. They HAVE to make it. They are the only company who makes an aftermarket spoiler for the 5th gen Maxima.

 

Don't need one from APC, would rather custom design one, and put it on car, but honestly leave the spoiler alone, just get a "HOT" Aluminum Wing.

 

Damn I just called them and everyone there is completly incomponent, very frustrating. I talked to some one there who had no clue as to what I was talking about and told me to email him a picture of the wing and then call back. Well I emailed him a pic and called back and waitied for 10 muinutes and he never picked up the damn phone

Install I did it all my self and it came out like crap. If I had $300 dollars more to blow on tail lights I could make it work, I spent about $600 allready

to each thier own...im planning on getting a single deck alu. wing..probably with silver uprights..a carbon fiber or gunmental (some dark color) for the single deck...

 

Aluminum spars, using factory spoiler mounting holes, enough angle to have wing over the rear deck lid/ bumper. Low design, 4" elevation, adjustable rake, and R/C Car Titanium Tie Rods.
