Is this normal?
When you start your engine (2002 Maxs) how many RPMS does it rev up to?

im trying to remember but i dont recall. i'd go check but my car is out of commission, sitting in a body shop parking lot.

what does yours rev to?

when cold, my 2000 max revs up to 1500

It revs pretty high right after starting (2000-2500 rpms) but it comes down to around 1000 after a second or two. It seems normal.

my 2k
revs to 2.5K thats MAIN reason I run mobil1.

RPMs are about the same as the others here...

Nice color! SWEET GLE MAN! I have the same exact car... don't tell me you also got the Navi.
