O.K. Ladies and Gentleman...I see a lot of heated chatter going on between us...even I am guilty...all in the name of SPEED!!!, so let's.....release!

Using the 5th Generation Max frame as a Foundation...YOU, THE FORUM, choose the engine & tranny setup. Call it BUILDING YOUR MAXIMA, all in fun!!

Keep it in prospective, remember... the max frame is built for 4 people (5 at most)... but do what you want with the engine/tranny!!

1. For starters, I'll take the new BMW M5 engine and 5-speed tranny and hook up the caboose...and let her rrrrriiiipppp!

what's your combo...

I'D PROBABLY GO WITH THE M5 ENGINE AND TRANNY SWOP. I THINK IT ONLY COMES WITH 6 SPEED.

I doubt a 4.9 liter M5 engine will fit in the engine compartment. Realistically, I'd put in the new 3.2L M3 w/ the 6speed and RWD.

Then again if there was no such thing as reality, I'd drop in a 6.0L V12 from the Diablo w/ a 6speed F1 shifter and AWD.

I'll just take an M5 please. why bother swapping if you already have a nearly 400 horse engine under a BMW hood. 400 horsepower in an M5 = Rediculouse
