2k2 Bose Problem!

2k2 Bose Problem!
-my cd changer wont work
-i put a cd in and it says CD ERROR 3
-when i press cd 1 it blinks like its loading all CD's!
-when i hit eject cd1 it blinks all cd's like all are going to come out!!
-when i push load, when all 6 are full it blinks to load all 6! but its full!!
-these are real authentic CD's , no burned CD's, and no scratches.
what could this be???? stereo works fine, tape works fine
Going to the dealer tomorrow for a new Bose system, I just want to know if you guys had the same problem and a simple way to sort of reset the system, I already took out the battery for 1 hour, to no avail!
