Definition of cat back system?
I always thought a cat back system was when you split off to two separate exhausts. I'm wrong. What is a cat back system then?

I believe it's everything from the catalytic converter, back. I our case the b-pipe and muffler piece.

Of course, you can always check what you believe to be the case against the facts as well, 2maxguy. The reason the FAQs exist is to eliminate the guesswork and (hopefully) reduce the number of these types of inquiries.

Yes a cat-back is from the catalytic converter back henses the name cat short for what else, but catalytic.
