I go pass this exit ramp quite often but today I took the turn a bit faster than usual. I was behind a Jetta by about 8 car lengths(no badge means not 1.8T, TDI, nor VR6?) and he decided to step on it. He took the turn while taking up both lanes. I wanted to play so I stepped on it and did the same turn at high speed. The 'lean' wasn't bad but I thought the TIRES were going to break. I don't know whether it skidded a bit or the tires broke loose. It wasn't a reassuring feeling, thats for sure.

 

A nice set of STIFF springs, would make this experience more enjoyable, even with stock tires.. !

Damn onramp almost got me... You feel a little confident cause of the ponies, but then you get the "shocker" at the onramps/offramps! To make matters worse, I have a GLE.

Oh, well... like kloogy said, you gotta start messing w/suspension, or just take it easy & save the money $$$ for other mods.
