At what rpm will the ECU induce fuel cut?

Is there a 'soft limiter' as well? The 2k Sentra SE had one in 1st gear, but only at WOT.

 

and I tell U driveing my 5spd, when that happins I feel like a dumbass b/c it feels like I missed a shift. Now I just watch the RPM and shift right B4 that feeling when the girlfriend looks U over (What the HELL WAS THAT)
