Hey Guys,

Just bought the H&R's for my 2002 and I am pumped... I am in Arlington, TX and was hoping some of you local guys might be able to help me out...

Any of you have an aftermarket spring installer that you recommend? I don't trust myself to do a spring install and I don't have the tools or work area anyway. So I need to know if anyone local has a guy they use they trust and what kinds of prices I might expect! Thanks a lot!

Alamo Autosports did all my SCer work and exhaust work for me. They are located off Cooper street down on Colorado (turn by Krispy -Kream Donuts). Their phone # is 817-860-4300. Ask to speak with Larry or Bryce and you can tell them that I referred you. Good luck

...Thanks for that hook-up... I just talked to Larry and mentioned you and the SC work they did for you, and he quoted an install price for my springs of $200... Does that sound like a reasonable price? How long does that kind of install take those guys?

I figure it shouldn't take more than an hour or two which should put the price somewhere around $70-$140. Larry works the front desk and tends to quote prices kind of high so ask to talk with Bryce and he'll be able to quote you a more accurate and fair price. They do good work but they can sometimes be on the expensive side. Good luck.
