HELP!! My i30 is in serious trouble!!

Whats up all, today i started my car and it shut off after about 2 mins of operation. I noted a "service engine soon" light come on, and she wont rev past 2200 rpm. I have no idea what the deal is. Carefully, i pilot my crippled i30 to the nissan dealership down the street from me. They run diog: get two errors - 18818 CODE [P0100] MAF SEN/CIRCUIT (0 times) & [P0140] (one time). Anyone have a guess as to what the problem is? Also, will a K&N filter void my warranty with infiniti?? Any help would be appreciated.

PO140 is your rear O2 sensor.

Infiniti might try to pin it on your K&N filter. I'd suggest you hang tough and see what happens.

Rear 02 sensor... where is that located? is it the one in the exhaust system? come to think of it, i heard a click coming from the rear of the car before/after i started it and shut it down... is this what you mean?

It's in your exhaust system. I don't know that it would cause a "click", but I believe there's a TSB covering it. You might check the Technical Service Bulletins sticky.
