Usually Import Tuner has hot girls on the cover, this girl is ugly.

 

i saw the kenwood max at hot import nights a few months ago in the bay. not impressed at all. all i liked about it was the rear view camera. instead of having the keyhole in the trunk, they replaced it with a camera lense. so from far away it looks like a key hole but when u go up to it all u see is the tiny camera lense. that replaced the rear view mirror. a 4-5 in monitor was mounted where the mirror used to be.. i didn't see the import tuner yet so sorry if i'm repeating their review.

 

ya i saw that in tuner decent car i want that grill. car was alright. dont like the purple though

 

does it still have the same grill as before? that chromed out chicken wire with the nissan badge in the middle??/ that's what i thot was the most ugliest part of the car.. but diff have diff taste.. i want the cefiro grill that thing is just grrrrr

 

i thought the front grill on that "thing" was pretty fugly too.

 

yup ugly grill... nice custum stereo in the trunk though...

 

last time i saw it at H.I.N. it had a normal bandpass box and alotta car cleaning supplies scarttered all over the inside.. i dind't think the interior looked nice at all.. they shulda at least not paint the trim purple and not vinyl the seats wiht that garbage bag like material.. i'm not hating, but imo that car shulda been something more than what it is since it's a kenwood show car..

note: i havn't seen import tuner yet. all comments above are based on my personal observation of that particular vehicle at a car show.. oh i heard it used to b gold..

 

IMO I dont feel Kenwood is the premier name that it used to be.. they are falling behind..

 

it's all about the display.. if they can't make it look kick *** to catch ppls attention then they won't sell, unless they r super dooper hi quality..

i never thot kenwood was up there. thot it was real nice. but not the bomb.. the decks are not bad tho.. the rest is just below nice

now u gotta see all the installs alpine and all the other companies.. do.. it's original. competition quality.
