Question about K&N filter...

I have K&N filter on my FrankenCar intake.
Seems like my filter is slanted a bit down.
What I mean by that, is that it has soft rubber end where you connected to the MAF adapter.
I noticed that the filter is kinda hanging or slanted down a little bit.

Is that ok?

Thanks.

Yes, as long as there is no hole.

Yes, as long as there is no hole.
Is that because when the filter sucks in air it is being pushed down a little bit so that is why it is kinda slightly hanging down??
