Cattman Y-Pipe update...

So I ordered and paid for a Cali-spec Y-Pipe about 2 months ago and have still not received it. Today, I got a call from Lori at Cattman and she said the reason it's taking so long is that the new Y-Pipes have been re-done and the mid-pipe problem should be taken care of.

Anyway, it's worth the wait if the problem has been fixed. If not, I'm gonna be hella-****ed.

I spoke to Brian about this a few weeks ago and the design defect that plagued some of the old flex sections has been fixed. So it's worth the wait if for no other reason than peace of mind.

Any idea when the new design y-pipe will ship? I want to order one but I want to wait until Cattman has some in stock and ready to ship.

I have the old y-pipe with the mid-pipe problem .. I got the new flex pipe which looks awesome. I don't think we'll have the flex shrinkage issues with these new flex pipes since there is an inner lining / sleeve.

I think the wait will be worth it bud!

Lori said they should be getting in a shipment of the Fed specs today. The Cali specs might be a while longer, unknown how long.

Re: Cattman Y-Pipe update...

I got an email from Roxie Catts apologizing for the long wait. She said they had changed fabricators and were expecting the new Y-Pipes to be in any day.
