I have them and it is slammed all the way up front. On the other hand, the rear is almost all the way up (see pic in sig). The advantage is that you can get rid of the awkward gap in the front wheel well, while maintaining some balance in the rear. I love having the control to be able to make the wheel well gaps the EXACT same.
As far as the ride goes, if you keep the 17"s, or even 18"s, it is very tight. I wouldn't say rough or bumpy, but you are basically glued to the road. I had 19"s before and it was too rough for my liking...
yes it will fir the 2K. That is what I have. I highly recommend it and have been extremely pleased with my results.

I was thinking of getting the GC coilovers too. I can only dream of having the JIC coilovers! I think you have to get a camber kit if you get the Ground Controls. Who makes the camber kits besides Stillen? Aren't the suspension pieces the same for all 5th gens?

Well I just want to put them on my stock struts and shocks. Can you feel the bumps more.

I'm not sure how long your struts will last with coilovers, but if you're like me and want to wait on struts cause the current ones are fine, then go for it.

I had 19"s before with the GC kit- I had to get rid of them because once the tires start to wear down, the ride is pretty rough. I have been fine thus far with 18"s and 17"s.

So since I am getting 19's I shouldn't get them.

You could always get a softer spring rate, but then that might make the struts bottom out more often.

The tires were in terrible shape when I had them on. But I drove it back from Cali to AZ with the 19"s and the ride was REALLY rough. I threw up like 5 times when I got home. I wouldn't go with 19"s again- even with stock suspension. But the GC kit has been nothing short of awesome.

I don't have a Maxima just yet, so maybe I'm totally wrong. Just from what I know of Ground Control coilover sleeves from other cars, you definitely need to get aftermarket struts. You're stock struts are not going to last very long, depending on how much you drop it, and how much you drive. In my experience, the GC usually blows your stock struts within a few months. As for getting the 19's, nothing wrong with that as long as it doesn't rub.

Agreed. I want to cut my springs a little more. Like another half inch would be perfect.
