Today I go to local dealer to buy Oil Pan Drain Plug Washer for my 01 Maxima. From courtesy parts, the part should be 11026-00001; However, the dealer give me part number 11026-01m02.

Now I am wandering is it ok to use 11026-01m02?

Get the Fram Sure Drain. I have yet to put mine on, but I hope it rules.

 

you know, most of those drain type systems have warnings about lowered cars. just a thought..

if some road debris was to hit it and break it (keep in mind its much longer than a drain bolt), non-good things would happen.

Obviously the chance of that is very slim, but those who have very low cars should think about if their car ever drags on anything.
