Farmers....I got some extra coverage cause I'm leasing and I'm a Dr., so people like to sue me if I crash into them cause they think I have money, which I don't since I'm paying federal loans up the wazoo. However, my farmers rep is really cool and pulled some GLE strings....

Y'all are comparing insurance costs without any detail. It's like comparing what you paid for your max without detailing what trim level or options you got.

Try this:

2001 SEAE
---------
$1580/year, State Farm Mutual (includes various discounts, $390/yr)
Location: Chicago, IL / Innercity
Personal: 45, single, male
Liability: 250/500/200
Comprehensive/Collision: $500 deduct
Uninsured/Underinsured: 250/500

Those are the major ones. Change any of those parameters, and insurnace costs will change significantly as well.

I hate guys like you... j/k

I've looked into my rates. It's my zip code.

Even though my max gets garage parked every night, I still get charged the same amount as the guy who parks it on the street.

Could be worse. I could still be under 25...
