exhuast setup effect shifting smoothness?
exhuast setup effect shifting smoothness?
i know this is pointless but just want to know......
i have been running a gutted cat for 2 months now..... i just changed out my gutted cat with my RT cat drove around all night and my car feels like it ****fs smoother. i know this isnt a big deal but y would it make a difference besides the car holding in more backpressure and the engines RPMs not droping as fast! has anyone else experienced this? oh i am playing around with my exhuast set up to see where the max hp is!
will

Re: exhuast setup effect shifting smoothness?
I don't know about exhaust, but it doesn't surprise me. I recently changed from a Frankencar intake to an Injen CAI. My engine is smoother and the car seems to accelerate/shift smoother. I thought I was just imagining things, but....I dunno.
