Bad Clutch + Service + Maxima = Spec V???

Ok here goes...

My 2k2 6 speed Max had started to develop that wonderful groan of the clutch when taking off in 1st gear or reverse either under load or up a hill. (Bad throw out bearing?) So i scheduled an appointment with my dealer here in South Jersey. Ok do I have the best Nissan dealer in the world or is it just me? Here's what happened:

1) Walked through the door, was greeted by my original sales person.
2) Got a free cup of coffee!
3) He took my keys, said everything would be taken care of.
4) He asked me to descibe the problem i detail... then didn't even have me replicate the problem in the car.
5) He then walked me around back and gave me a 6 speed Spec V as a loaner!!!

Everyone here bashes Nissan service but i love it! Now dont you wish you knew what dealer I was talking about

Yeah, sometimes its better to go through the sales person or sales manager to get your way. They are always worried about their Customer Service index! Also, I always pretend I am in the market for a Pathfinder for a 2nd car, that really makes them give you the royal treatment!
