BIG question about rims??

well guys,,

I have decided to either get 18" chrome rims or 19" silver rims. I think 19" chrome would be more than i want to spend on rims considering all the other mods i am doing. I was thinking
1. Axis sevens(7 spoke..rim on last month MOTM.and green fast and furious eclipse)
2. Katana Concept 5's(look like racing hart C5's)
3. ADR Valkyrie (look like single piece racing hart M5's)

which rim do yall think would look the best on my car?...ALSO..18" chrome in that rim or 19" silver??

thanks...go to wheelmax.com for pics.....thanks..help would be appreciated...

18" Axis Sevens are my choice.

20"

But other than that, no you don't need anything special...But you do need the right offset so it sits right.

19s ride rough. I'd go with 18" C5s (or whatever looks like them). Or the Axxis Se7ens.

Depends how far you want it to stick out.

Most run 35-40mm offset, car comes with 45mm offset.

You'd be surprised, some can be pretty light.

Thats about as generic as you can get, and not true. My car rides faboulus. It all comes down to the suspension setup and tires. Crap = Crap, good= good.

It was true with my car. It rides very smooth with 17s and 18s. When I put 19s on, it rode like crap.

Same brand of tires- Toyo Proxes FZ4 on the 18s and 19s. Same suspension setup- CG coils. The ONLY difference was the 19" wheels that rode TERRIBLY.

I wouldn't necessarily call my experience with a different set of wheels each month "generic".

Unless u absolutely need spacers, don't get them. If you do end up needing spacers, get hubcentric ones or you are in for a world of hurt.

Are you sure on that? I think the stock offset is 40mm.

I've been undecided between going 18" and 19" myself...but I'm leaning more towards 19" if I can find a set I like with the correct offset and the lighter the better!!! Still researching though. Personally, given the choices, I like the Axis Se7ens. Good luck!
