I just installed my Berk intake on my 2002 SE auto. Did not know what to expect, even though I have read many threads about it. Installation was a snap. Started up the car and no leaks other than a faint whistle from the filter. Backed down the driveway, pulled onto the street started out ildling and then 3/4 throttle. WHOA - car down shifted and chirped the wheels while simultaneously letting out a roar. Just what I wanted

This happened to me ONCE. And I wasn't at full throttle. I was trying to cross a busy two-way (4lane) intersection. When I saw an opening, I mashed the throttle 1/2 - 3/4 ways. Fortuneatly the wheels didn't just spin, but the car pulled hard and the wheels were slightly slipping as it pulled. As I quickly reached the other side, it chirp into second and continued to pull.

I haven't since been able to do it again. Maybe I was just the right time at the right place situation.

midpipe of course, and hurry - cuz i'm gonna have to take my money for a ypipe and FSTB. but the chriping with an auto seems to only happen when the wheels are still turned or the road is very wet, thus lowering the traction limits of the tires. but at least for me.
