i bought it and i should be recieving it the latest saturday bc he shipped it on monday if i knew i would have asked for conf. but if i dont get it by saturday every one will know and there will be problems bc my job will contact him.have had to do it before and wil do it again. but if i recieve it he will get his positive feedback as due

well he just gave me the tracking # and it says he mailed out the spoiler wed. so i should have it on monday!! trust i will keep every1 updated.. but um...brio max y didn't u start a claim with paypal if he didn't send u anything... thats the first step

 

Not bad advice, maybe Brio can still follow up. But what's the deal, is it the same guy? If it is, he should just be banned or forced to get this thing sorted out with Brio Max before he returns.

Long story short. In the beginning i thought that time limit for opening a dispute is just 30 days instead of 45. In that time i wasn't familiar with such claims, because i never had any problems on the ORG, at Ebay etc. So that's how i lost the chance to start a claim with PP.
I can still give him some kind of negative feedback, which will be documented in his PayPal account vissible to all members.., so probably i will do that soon.
However, i think that Paypal wouldn't refund me anything, since the grille was not purchased through Ebay... Who knows

damn dude honestly i never knew about disputes but some guy ripped me off of 45$ on ebay and i called paypal and they told me how to do everything bc i was not playing....but you do have his aol account which is tied 2 a creditcard.... so there are ways to catch plp!!! you just gota do ya research.. i would i dont care even if it 10$ its the point of it being my money and me working hard for it

UPDATE:

I got a PM from Blkmagic on monday and promised me he will send me his OEM grille provided with a tracking number. Still nothing happaned. I PMed him yesterday about the shipment, but he hasn't replied yet.

First off, the what a ***** comments are cool, I <3 Internet tough guys.

Second, I have discussed this with Brio, as well as phenryiv1. I did ship brio the grill he purchased from me, and as I told him and Phen, I am almost positive that I supplied him with that tracking number. I am by NO MEANS calling Brio a liar, if he says he never recieved it then he never recieved it. I do apologize for that, which is why I told him as a show of good faith, I would send him the one I had posted for sale in this thread. The one he bought from me was a USED grill, the one i'm sending him is a BRAND NEW grill, 2 different grills so I'm not selling the same thing twice. And he can expect to recieve the grill next week, will be shipping this week, I didnt have a chance to get to the post office with school and work last week.

Third, I'm not here to screw over ANYONE. If I was, I wouldn't have sent 90max the spoiler he bought from me, which was shipped out within 24 hours of payment. I dont need to take someones money, I make enough of my own.

Lastly, I once again apologize to Brio for this mess.

And Fastmax, if your still interested in the plate, I still have it and the chrome plate frame to go with it, $25 Shipped.

Send the payment info you have to Paypal and tell them you tracked his *** down.

Link them to this thread where he admits guilt.

 

I am not on here to play judge, btu I have heard from both sides, and both sides have given me enough info to think that they might be telling the truth.

The fact is, international shipments can have all kinds of problems, BUT blkmagic has no trackign info. Still, he was very forthcoming that he did get payment from brio- he isn't denying that or making any excuses.

blkmagic, please do all that you can to try to find some tracking info.

KC- please tone it down- brio is being very mature about this. You are not helping things.

This guy is lying from the beginning. He has no tracking number nor even a receipt!


There are just two possibilities.
1. Parcel didn't arrive at its destination and came back to sender.
2. Parcel got lost and sender got a full refund where insurance is already included in int. shipping and tracking provided...
So that means he still has either my money or the grille!
BTW, i have almost 100 positive feedbacks at ebay.com and never had a single problem with shipping.

Don't you think Blkmagic aka blakmax2004 deserves a BAN? What else do i have to proove?
