The E&G Grille.... is this for both top and bottom?

And if I were to take the nissan emblem off the grill, is there a large hole?

the E&G is just for the top portion, and if you were to take the emblem off there is a hole in the center.

I still have the mach1 lip, it hasnt been modified so it should install on a 5th gen very easily. Comes with mounting pieces.
