I was going to combine this with a custom setup on my 05 Altima but decided against it.. This will fit with battery relocation or minor modification, otherwise for a 350z..

I dont see why not, both rear wheel drive single throttle body vehicles.. most, if not all of the parts for a g35/350z are interchangeable.. the sedan part is the only thing I am not sure about..
