Add 04 Galant to the identity crisis

Now not only does the Saturn look like the new max, but now so does the 04 gallant, when will it end!!

Scroll down a little it is in the middle, after you open up the window you can click to some other pics.

Not at all....

True, the Galant may have a few similar body lines, but no where near as striking and attractive as the Max. Some feel the Max has an ugly grille... well what the heck is that bird beak on the Galant!

Also... IMO, a Saturn looks absolutely nothing like the Max!

Look at the front ends of the Max and Galant dead on. The only difference is the crome on the Maxima.

As for the ION it's teh profile of the vehicles that look similar. Both the Max and the ION have that hunched back type of roof.

I can see the similarity in the Galant, the lines and side profile are very similar. The Ion, I see the similarity, but in person, the Ion looks nothing like the Maxima.

Compare picture here

I'm guessing the fit and finish (not to mention power) of the Maxima will far outdo the Galant, and obviously the Saturn.

Yes but it really helped to have a new engine. Just like the new 7 series I hate the look but the engine is very advanced which makes me go ooohh when I see one. That's why I wonder why people concentrate so much on looks because it really doesn't make the car appealing unless it is fast, if a skyline was slow I would say it is the dumbest looking thing I have seen.

The 04 is uglier offers nothing more than an 03 other than a wierd moon roof, and slower acceleration.

They look very similar and ugly up front, but the Galant looks like they forgot headlights in the design and just threw those on. The rear of the Galant ain't that bad.

Did you see the Diamante? They totally FOCKED that one up.
