I drive mine hard, I have driven every car I have ever owned hard. I think that is what cars are for. See what you can get out of them.

I haven't babied my 04, but I have been lighter on it through the first 1300 miles. I can tell you the ABS work well, they aren't as smooth as my Excursion ones were, but they do the job quite well.
