removing pine sap

I just bought an '04 and really love it. However, I mistakenly parked it near a pine tree, and it's that time of year. It now has some sticky sap at various places on it. I tried a typical pine sap removal spray, without any luck. Anybody have any ideas?? Thanks.. .

Use clay magic. It worked for me and did not scratch the delicate clear coat. Good luck.
