I don't think so.

After going onto NissanUSA and building an SE w/Elite, you still have to add VDC as a $900 option.

Not only that, but when you click on the Elite package icon for an detailed explanation, you get this list:

I ordered an SE auto w/Journey, sunroof, VDC, splashguards and floor mats. The VDC is definitely an extra-cost option on that vehicle.

automatic trans only ==> Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) and Traction Control System (TCS) as one option - includes full-size spare tire.

Helical limited-slip differential (SE manual trans only) includes full-size spare tire.

If you have VDC, then you will have a button on the dash next to the mirror adjustment controls that says VDC. The default setting is VDC on, the button turns it off. When VDC is set to off, a dash light says "VDC off".
