Took my stock grill off this morning to finalize my "mod ideas" and noticed their wasn't a nut etc. holding the center NISSAN emblem on.... For those of you that have changed grills, how did the emblem come off? Is it glued into that center nib?? My plan was to remove the emblem, have the grill painted, then replace the emblem leaving it chrome.

I find that you can use Fishing Line to slide between the emblem and grille. Then work it back and forth and it will cut it way. It also helps if you heat the back side of the grille with hair dryer where the enblem is which has double side tape on it and the heat makes it softer.
