Interesting Rear Cup Holder Fact

My Wife and I had another couple in the back seat in our Maxima SE a number of weeks ago and we went and got medium coffee's, at the local drive thru.
When the couple in the back pulled down the armrest to set their coffee's in the cup holds ( cup's were hot ) only 1 cup can fit properly at a time.
When 2 were put in the cup holder, it cause both to lean severely.
I don't recall ever having this happen in any of my previous vehicles.
We found it kind of amusing.

You let people bring non-air-tight liquids in your car?

Operating procedures were read to them prior to allowing the open liquid containers into the passenger compartment.
Plus I trusted them.

I hope you have good suspension. Becuase even after going through the do not spill check list some people still pose a hazard!
