Just curious... does anyone know Nissan's production rate of the 2004 Maximas? How many units a month?

You can get it off of www.autosite.com buried in there somewhere in the market reports section. It'll tell you monthly, YTD, and vs previous year.

 

And there is another way to come close. Production of the '04 began (slowly at first) in January of 2003, but did not reach full capacity until late February of 2003. For our calculations, we can say production began February 1st of 2003.

The first '04 had a serial # of 800,000. The serial numbers crossed the 900,000 point around the first of this month. That means 100,000 '04 Maximas were produced in 13 months. That is an average of around 7700 per month.
