My Nisaan Dealership in San Diego did it for my 04'. Mossy Nissan in San Diego. It was a wheel exchange program - paid about $600. Pics of the chrome wheels here. Best of luck to ya!

I found these guys on Ebay a couple of weeks ago. I emailed them to verify that they are the 04 SE wheels, and they are:

Great! Let me know how it goes with them. They seem to have good feedback. I won't be ready for mine for another month or two.

I had to e-mail them to list some for 04 Maxima which they prompty e-mailed back the link. I got the wheels today fantanstic chrome with a 1 year warrenty, I paid $120 shipping both ways for exchange from California to Arkansas FedEx with tracking number they sent the wheels the same day I paid for them and provided pre paid labels for the return shipment in their boxes. I'm extemly satisfied They also sent four center caps with Nissan in Gold and 4 chrome valve stems also.....

Price was $600 with another $600 deposit that is refunded when they recieve their exchange wheels. These are OEM Nissan wheels and can be ordered with the chrome or gold center piece.

I can e-mail pictures of the wheels (contact me at fishejf@yahoo.com)or go to this link for pictures of the wheels I got.

Very good news! Would love to see 'em on your Onyx. I am still saving up for a little while, but there is no doubt that I'll end up with a set of these. Thanks for the update!

You can see the the OEM chrome wheels on my onyx 04'.

Have the center caps as well. Just go to your dealership and ask for their wheel exchange program for the 04 - same price $600 but no shipping costs
Good luck
