Mods and Warranty

Ok, maybe this has been asked, but what mods will void my warranty? I'm getting an SL in about 60 days (or 4 months, from what most of you have told me about ordering) and was wondering about the following:

1 - CAI
2 - Sway Bar

And, yes, I know that for the stiffer ride I might have wanted to get the SE, but I liked the SL wheels and woodgrain better. Make fun of me if you will, but they are great cars either way, aren't they?

Thanks!

mods will NOT void your warranty unless the dealer can prove the mod caused the problem.

I was wondering about this too. My dealer said only Stillen and Nismo would not void the warranty.

Basically it boils down to your dealership and the relationship you have with them. Some of them are great to deal with. Some are complete bastids.

This was the salesman talking. IDK about the service dept. I have had a great experience with my dealership. They have been very helpful and seem like they would support it anyway.

Actually, after talking with Dave Burnett, he said no dealer can void your warranty or refuse to work on your car. Nissan is the only one that can void your warranty. If they refuse service, you should call Nissan.
